The Process:
You, dear reader, please answer the question, “Who’s in charge here?”

After sufficient discussion has taken place, a verdict can then be passed based on a majority vote.

    1. Assign values to each band member using their position in line. The first from the left is 1, the second is 2, etc.

    2. Assign values to each photo based on where the actual person is standing in line. So left guy's photo also gets a 1, second from left's photo gets a 2, etc.

    3. Add value of each band member to the value of the photo s/he's holding to arrive at each member's Additive Rating Tabulated By Random, Useless Theory (ART BRUT rating for short).

    4. The middle guy is number 3 and is holding the photo of number 5. That gives him an ART BRUT rating of 8.

    He's in charge.

    I cannot argue Jared's ART BRUT theory – math is not my thing – so middle guy gets my vote
