    Currently, the man the to left of the red/orange shirt is in charge.

    However, I see green checkered shirt guy behind him is about to shove him out of the picture.

    The one in charge is the one who can eliminate all others… which is clearly, in this case, green checkered shirt guy.

    in this otherwise monochrome wardrobe, green shirt & center position beats red shirt & beard, i guess. i agree with roses' vote.

    I take from the band name that these people aim to update "Boogie Nights," a movie about old pornographers.

    Accordingly, we have from left to right: Dirk Diggler, the cinematographer, Rollergirl, the key grip, the overweight producer, the gray-bearded director (played by Burt Reynolds in the original movie), and Howard Stern, on set for interviews and pixillated nude shots of the female stars.

    The producer supplies the money and Diggler supplies the "money shot," but the gray-bearded director is in charge.

    I think the airplane pilot is in charge. Either that, or God. Clearly they are looking heavenward for their orders.

    However, since I should vote for someone in the actual picture, I'm going to go for the guy on the far right, whose eyes are actually up in back of his head, as he looks most likely to be able to speak in tongues.

    Despite all the statements that it degrades women, the ladies really run things in the pornography world.

    The red head "Rollergirl" is in charge. You ever try to argue with a red head? Don't. Just let her lead.

    Im voting for the bands name. Im full of yummy wine and their name is making me giggle…….or that could be the wine. Regaurdless my vote stands for the name.

    (i am trying very hard to ignore my previous knowledge of this band)

    at first i was going to vote for the guy with the red shirt because i felt that the red is ever-so-slightly eye-catching-er than the green checked shirt guy.

    then i realized that green checked shirt guy is actually green checked shirt GIRL. sneakiness=power. green checked girl is definitely in charge.
