The Process:
You, dear reader, please answer the question, “Who’s in charge here?”

After sufficient discussion has taken place, a verdict can then be passed based on a majority vote.

    got to be Ronnie VanZant front and center. Steve the Pirate gets honorable mention. Guy on the right is simply the beer distributor. Guy on the left takes them on huntin’ trips.

    Something tells me that the guy in the tree is the primary receiver of requests to play “Free Bird.” He’s in charge.

    I would like to poke some fun at the gentlemen in this picture but I remember that uncomfortable time when the band actually stopped by to see what we were saying about them.

    I’m going for the guy on the left. The guy at the bottom looks like he’s half the size of his bandmates, while the one on the right looks too much like a character from Trailer Park Boys for me to take him seriously. The guy in the tree looks like he’s trying to escape, so I’m going with Lefty.

    my first impression was the guy wearing more color on the right, but p0nk’s “beer distributor” idea is probably correct. can’t be the guy on the left, he’s too normal. so, on the tossup between the two remaining guys in the middle, i’ll vote for the one with the hat & vest.

    The guy with the hat and vest is in charge, though I doubt he gets much accomplished. Guy on the left is always late for practice. Mr. Tattoo Pirate is attention-starved, always writing worthless drivel and trying to get his bandmates to play it. Mr. Peace Sign often leaves mid-practice to go out for another box of PBR. Congrats Hat&Vest–you are a winner!

    I have to go with bandana tree guy. The Ronnie VZ guy in front with the hat has a weird, psycho look in his eye – I think one eye may be fake. “FREEEEEE BIRD”

    I would say pot is in charge. A bunch of guys trying to make it by rockin’ out! But something is causing them not to make it. They blame the man, but it’s the fact they forgot to practice and went on a cheeto’s run.

    I think the squatty guy.

    He’s physically different, but his front & center position makes me hesitant to simply call him the oddball of the group.

    After all, usually the leaders of bands ARE the oddballs.

    Y’know, come to think of it, tomnoir might be right.

    If you check out the guy on the right, he looks fishily similar to the much younger guy on the left. I’d say he’s very possibly the father.

    I was gonna go with vest and hat guy but after taking a second look, who can get away with flashing a peace sign like that and be taken seriously? Only the one that’s in charge. Peace sign flasher takes my vote.
