After sufficient discussion has taken place, a verdict can then be passed based on a majority vote.

    I’m going for far left, with the specs. He has a Ruthless Svengali look about him, as if he has read The Manual (How to Have a Number One the Easy Way) several times.

    By the way, Splotchy, I’ve been wondering: How do you select each week’s band? Do you wander around MySpace until you find a suitable candidate?

    My my my…so many dark, brooding, chisel-jawed, droopy-haired yahoos to choose from, what to do?
    I suppose Mr. Forehead must be in charge–he’s just so front-and-center–but the guy on the far left is definitly the wannabe leader.

    the ir, it varies.

    Sometimes it’s a band I happen to know about, sometimes I look through MySpace (and my, what a pain in the ass MySpace is to use in browsing for bands!).

    I’d say it’s about 50/50 at this point.

    third from the left Mr. Hair in the Eyes. Mr. Forehead makes a compelling case what with the forehead and the most visible tattoo and all, but Mr. Hair in the Eyes has got that ‘i’m the only one who knows how to use protools’ look about him.

    I’d say the darkness wins, since it seems to engulf them all or something dramatic like that.
    But if I’ve gotta choose between the floating heads, I’d say one one in front, minus the glasses.

    Prominent forehead guy is in charge, it’s his chin angle again ( nearly called him Mt Slap head then remembered when artsy..thingy that band member popped over…oops)
    Far left looks like he does have aspirations, but at the moment the biggest forehead is in charge,

    mr. forehead is probably the frontman, like dave gahan of depeche mode or bono of u2. but mr. far-left gets my vote for being “in charge”, like martin gore of depeche mode or the edge of u2.

    far left is wearing lipstick. the only thing he’s in charge of is making sure the tour bus/mini-van has enough wine coolers.

    guy in the back left looks like he might throw up. right fully so. he’s in charge.

    At first I was gonna say the guy second from the right, because he is closest to the camera and has the most visible tatts, but then I noticed he has receding hair, obviously a sign he’s getting old, about to be pulled down and rent to pieces by the young’uns like a toothless old lion. Far left doesn’t want to be there, as evidenced by his ‘Klinger’ tactic of looking as much like a girl as possible in the hopes someone will kick him out of the band. Second from left is just killing time until his thyroid operation to correct the puffy cheeks. Third from left is obviously Murdoch from Gorillaz, and therefore just visiting. Far right looks grumpy because he’s not in charge.

    Ergo, third from right is in charge. He’s so much in charge he can afford to look normal, and let everyone else have the spotlight.

    P.S. If any angry band members show up: it was my husband who took one look at the photo and said, “Who are those freaks?”, not me.

    Mr. Third-from-the-Left has all other band members in his orbit. Literally. It looks like he’s just a solo singer-songwriter and he’s at the center of a dour-faced, black-clad, colorfully tattooed circle of 85-pound security guards. I vote for Third from Left.

    I, too, think Receding Hairline Tatboy is in charge, but Body Piercing Crispin Glover Moptop (third from left) is going to give him a run for his money. Perhaps there’s a power play afoot? It’s definitely not Javier Bardem (second from left), who clearly can’t be anything but a drummer or psycho killer.
