    this photo has the reverse dynamic to many photos, in that the closer to the center a member is, the *less* he is in charge. of the remaining (and outer) two, i vote for the guy on the right being in charge, at least because he keeps bailing the other four out from their public intoxication charges.

    (w.v. "sparked" – yet another euphemism for "stoned", "wasted", "smashed", etc.)

    It has to be the partially obscured guy in the back holding the Dixie cup.

    He's physically propping up smoker dude and the guy in the middle (who looks suspiciously like the love child of Richard Simmons and Pauly Shore). The two on the flanks are Dixie Cup guy's enforcers.

    If you squint (a lot) the guy on the far left bears a very slight and somewhat drunk resemblance to DLRoth.

    However, Dixie Cup is in charge, simply because he has a better prop than cigarette guy.
