Oy! Another tie. Well, we must once again call on the VP of the United States to make a ruling. (please don’t be a form letter! please don’t be form letter!)

“This is an easy one. I don’t even have to get into the politics of leather jackets versus t-shirts. Has NO ONE commented on the necklace? COME ON, people. The photographer was obviously told by someone, ‘Hey, make sure you get the entire necklace in the picture. It’s IMPORTANT.’ And who is going to think the necklace is important, other than the necklace-wearer? The necklace-wearer is in control of the composition of this band photo, and thus the necklace-wearer is in charge.”
