The chick in the dotted dress with her hand on the teapot has obviously studied the ancient art of firewalking as she can rest her hand over a scalding piece of china and not be burned.

This is a sign of leadership and is also incredibly sexy. I have a new crush on the lady in charge.

I'm getting over my wariness that this is a sort of trick question (must maintain optimism) to answer it. Neither of the two in the front. The girl seems the angry-but-resigned-teenage daughter and the boy… just not "in charge." Both band members in back have potential since they seem more quietly confident. First impression is it's the girl sitting on top of the table with her hand on the teapot, but since I'm not so great at first impressions, I'm going with the other one with the way cool hair.
