Yes, the guy on the right has his hand in his pants, but second from left is zipping up his fly. So he's way ahead of guy on the right and is therefore in charge.

Casting suggestion for the next biopic about the 'Sex Pistols': for the role of Johnny Rotten, Danny Bonaduce. I know he can't act, but neither can Johnny.

Though both the name of the band and their hand positions here imply *what's* in charge of all four of these louts, the redhead might have a couple of braincells working, so i vote for him.
