I’m guessing this band performs mostly on the East side of the US. Far right has a shirt on from Hardee’s. Western USA calls that restaurant chain Carl’s Jr.

Far left is Kyle McLachlan just after "Showgirls" came out, when he was reasonably sure he'd never land another acting gig again. He'd clearly rather not be there and, like Hatless said, won't be around long.

Both Guy Smiley in the middle and Shades on the far right are holding cups, suggesting that they tapped the keg. I'll have to give the edge to Smiley in the middle for his political skills, though I think far right is likely the greater talent.

As for last week's vote, it seems I might have hit a Splotchy nerve with my vote for Kent Tekulve. Might this have been the exposed nerve of a Cubs fan? If so, please accept my apologies and my assurance that I will refrain from voting for Steve Bartman or a black cat at any point in the future.

I initially thought the middle guy was in charge, but he looks too nice. I think everyone else laughs at him but he's oblivious, like a puppy that's about to be put down but thinks it's all a game.

The right-hand guy looks like a keyboardist, and no keyboardist was ever in charge of anything.

But I can't think of a reason why second-from-the-right guy isn't in charge. He's so unassuming, he's like a svengali, pulling all the strings. So he is in charge.

the outer two are about to leave the band for separate projects. lefty will produce a puppet show for nickelodeon, righty will either go on to be a big rockstar or get into ‘hydroponics’… front-n-center gets my vote.
