Then I changed my mind, thinking that Vincent D’Onofrio had to be in charge because he has his own “Law and Order” series.

But look again, Leather jacket guy has a crab claw (or something) concealing his emblem. This crab claw (or something) is the source of all power in the band (the “skronk,” if you will) so he is in charge.

Or is it the lone female, far right? No, I’ll stick with leather jacket guy.
