Thanks for the heads up regarding the members of the band!

However, please keep in mind that the goal of these posts isn't to accurately identify the real leader of the bands featured, but determining the leader based on a single photograph.

And, with this particular photo of Steel Pulse, the man with the purple pants won the majority of the votes, hence he was singled out as being "In Charge".

ok people i hate to be the spoiler but the pointing fella is the leader. his name is david hinds aka david dread. ole purple pants and most of the others are out of the band now. Purple pants got arrested in my home town after a bar fight in a jamaican club in houston tx. the only members left are Selwyn holding the bass case and pointing David Dread. Solved mystery!
