Good leaders share power. They aren’t always out in front. Sometimes they stand behind everyone and push others forward. Good leaders hire people that very good at what they do, even if those people are better than the leaders themselves. However, the do like to be seen and this guy is seen in a very good light, if not the lime light. So, if Farthest Left Guy is the leader, he is probably a good one.

However, some leaders can be glory hogging pricks. They keep the limelight on themselves and push everyone else in the background. Scarf Man’s body language is one of confidence. He doesn’t look like a prick, though. Perhaps he is the dynamic front man of this group, which is a leadership position. But I don’t think he holds the real power in the band. That belongs to Farthest Left Guy, I’m positive.

Wow, buckshot in the face really doesn’t hurt that bad. Just an initial sting. Then you get a check for about 3 gazillion bucks to shut up and say it doesn’t hurt that bad. Then it doesn’t hurt that bad.

Hopefully more people will vote, as Dick Cheney (when he is available) votes on any ties, and I don’t think any of you want to see him show his face around here.
